Centre Residencial Dovela destaca por su personal atento y dedicado, instalaciones modernas y limpias, y un ambiente acogedor que favorece la socialización y el bienestar de los residentes, aspectos valorados positivamente por la mayoría de usuarios. Sin embargo, una reseña crítica documenta problemas graves de organización y falta de atención en horarios matutinos, incluyendo demoras en la apertura de puertas y pérdida de pertenencias, lo que contrasta significativamente con las experiencias mayoritariamente satisfactorias reportadas por otros familiares.

Very good attention from all the staff, from the assistants, administrative staff, reception.... all showing themselves very close to the residents. The facilities are clean and modern. Additionally you can find podiatry services, hairdressing, etc...as well as psychological support and accompaniment from the entrance. Located in the Horta neighborhood of Barcelona and well connected by metro, bus and near the Ronda de Dalt.

Three months in the residence and we had to move him. They were supposed to have him ready at 4:30 a.m. because we were flying, and at 5:00 a.m. they still hadn't opened the doors for us. He wasn't dressed or anything. I think it's appalling and deplorable that they sleep instead of working, and that for half an hour they didn't answer the phone or open the doors or anything. I don't recommend it! -- To clarify, when we went up to the room he wasn't ready; he was still in his pajamas, and that's when they rushed to get him dressed. They also weren't attending to anyone else, since they opened the doors asking what was happening, and they were still half asleep. Half an hour to open the door, answer the phone, or do anything, and nothing. And to top it all off, they took his razor to shave other patients. We left without it, and they kept it.

Our mother has spent her last two years in Dovela and it has been a very positive experience for both her and us. Here she found a welcoming and safe environment that allowed her to socialize again and enjoy her day to day life. The initiatives organized by the residence demonstrate the team's effort to stimulate the residents and make them feel an active part of their environment. The facilities are spacious and bright and the garden is a very pleasant space where you can spend quality time with your family. We would like to thank all the staff (gerontologists, nurses, cleaning staff, administration and management...) for their attention, close treatment and for caring for our mother with love until the last moment.

Our experience has been excellent. An unbeatable treatment by the entire team, with professionalism and affection. The space is new, spacious, clean and very pleasant, with a beautiful patio, light and good views from the rooms. Many thanks to all who accompanied the grandmother on this last trip.
