Tengo un familiar que esta perdiendo peso dia a dia porque tienen a un cocinero por llamarlo de alguna manera,el cual les sirve unos platos que ni en la mili!!Cualquier persona que quiera valorar su trabajo solo tiene que acercarse al comedor y probar una triste sopa...considero que Un cocinero de verdad deveria de esforzarse cada dia para darles una alegría a la hora de comer,siendo empatico deveriamos enteder que hay personas que por su enfermedad o tratamiento viven ally fuera de su hogar y se merecen todo nuestro cariño porque queremos lo mejor para todos.Entiendo que un trabajador puede tener un mal dia... Pero eso no te da derecho para pagar tus frustraciónes con los internos,es un acto totalmente reprovable y que demuestra la poca empatía y poca profesionalidad la cual ostenta el cocinero. Espero esto sirva a la dirección para tomar cartas en el asunto viendo que las asambleas donde los internos exponen sus inquietudes sean escuchadas que para eso pagan.

Unacceptable Management at Mutuam The Mutuam nursing home is far from being a safe or dignified place for our seniors. The treatment many residents receive is cold, impersonal, and even negligent. There have been reports of cell phone thefts, scams, and absolute passivity on the part of those responsible for these incidents. The most serious thing is that a man recently took his own life at the facility, and the management did absolutely nothing. No serious investigation, no psychological support for the other residents. Nothing. A tragedy treated with total indifference. This place exudes neither humanity nor professionalism. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it under any circumstances.

At the Mutuam Manresa residential center, the attention they have given us has been human and very close. The team that works there are excellent professionals, they have clarified any doubts we have and have always given us an active and quick response.

Honestly, I can't stay silent after what I've seen. It's a place where a profound sadness hangs in the air from the moment you step inside: at the entrance, there's a mural with phrases written by the residents themselves, and many of them are heartbreaking—"I wish they would treat me better this year," "I don't want to feel so alone." It's not something that can be ignored. Throughout my time there, highly questionable behavior from some staff members toward the residents has been a constant source of concern. Cold attitudes, a lack of empathy, and treatment that, at times, borders on the unacceptable. What's most worrying is that these things seem to be normalized internally. Management, for its part, is sorely lacking: little supervision, poor communication, and an alarming lack of humanity in the way the center is organized and run. Overall, both the staff and management leave much to be desired. It's very sad to say, but I wouldn't recommend this place to any loved one.

This is a wonderful care home. My mother-in-law lives there, and our whole family is very happy with the care and attention they give her and us. They are very attentive to all the patients and treat them like family. I recommend it without hesitation.
