My mother and father were both at the Alella Mar residence. They were there from October 30, 2020, until their passing. I can only say that, although the building may seem old, and it's a small, secluded residence, I can only express my gratitude for the care my parents, sisters, grandchildren, and I received. Starting with the director, Marta Romero, and continuing with the entire team: Raúl, Rubén, Despí, July, Cynthia, Miguel, Yami, and the rest of the staff, not forgetting the kitchen, cleaning, etc. I can only thank you for every moment, the attention, patience, affection, and professionalism with which you always treated them. We will not forget you, as you have been a part of our lives for the last two years. I wholeheartedly recommend this residence; I would choose it again. Thank you so much ALELLA MAR❤️❤️✨

It's not luxurious, but I found it clean and tidy. The location is a bit far from town, but they don't go out much. The surroundings are pleasant. I have no complaints about the staff I met; they were attentive, polite, and very professional. The center's management seemed competent to me; they always resolved my questions and problems. We are very grateful for the treatment we received. Thank you all very much.

Hello. My father has been here for a month. He was very well cared for; both the nurses and the nursing assistants are always at the patients' service. You mention something and they attend to you immediately. The nurses and assistants are wonderful and always attentive to the patients. The facilities are very nice, with a large courtyard with fruit trees and space for families to relax outside and enjoy the fresh air. The director, Marta, is also a lovely person. I highly recommend this residence, and it's only a 20-minute drive away.

Very bad experience. The place is fine, well located. But the service is subpar. A lot of neglect, repeated over and over. What you can see from the outside is great, but the special attention inside is very poor.
