DomusVi Costa d'en Blanes destaca por sus instalaciones de calidad, ubicación privilegiada con vistas al mar y un equipo de atención (especialmente trabajadores sociales y cuidadores) altamente dedicado y profesional, según la mayoría de residentes y familias satisfechas. Sin embargo, existen críticas importantes respecto a la accesibilidad de espacios verdes, la falta de actividades externas, la escasez de personal y una recepción poco amable, problemas que han sido reportados sin resolver según algunos usuarios.

Visited our 92 year old family friend who is a resident there. Excellent environment, clean and tranquil with a small park and the coastline nearby. However, the front desk staff were not as friendly and pleasant as the medical staff. Despite the cranky and sourfaced reception ladies (close to the end of visiting hours), the facility seems impressive.

Disappointed by the reality. It's a beautiful residence, but residents don't have access to the inner courtyard garden. They have to walk through the parking lot, between the cars. The small green space bordering the parking lot is unattractive and inaccessible. Residents can't use the gym, and no activities outside the residence are offered. There's a staff shortage. These issues were raised at the meeting, but nothing has changed. Let's hope the new director makes positive changes.

My family and I are delighted with the care our relative is receiving at this residence. From the very first moment, the social worker treated us with unparalleled kindness and warmth, making us feel in good hands from the start. The therapy team has exceeded our expectations, and we must also commend the caregivers, whose professionalism and dedication are evident at every moment. Furthermore, the facilities are truly spectacular, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what has captivated us most are the breathtaking sea views, which create an unparalleled atmosphere of peace and tranquility. I'm the daughter of a resident at Domus Vi Costa d'en Blanes. The truth is, I had a really hard time when my mother was admitted. But now I realize that I would have had a hard time in any nursing home my mother had gone to. However, I'm very satisfied now because I see my mother is very well cared for, and above all, she's started talking about things she had stopped doing at home. I'd like to name all the staff, but I don't want to leave anyone out. I would like to mention Ana, the social worker at the nursing home. Thanks to her kindness during the interview before my mother was admitted, it was enough for me to decide on this nursing home. And Karla, the caretaker, keeps them super busy and entertained with her activities, and of course, we family members also enjoy the parties they throw.

We have nothing but satisfaction and praise for the entire staff for their efficiency, dedication, and empathy with the residents. The building's location and design, with ocean views and plenty of light, create a very relaxing atmosphere, making family members feel that their loved one is in the best place to receive proper care.
