Sin embargo, se reportan problemas puntuales de organización y profesionalismo, como retrasos en citas programadas y falta de puntualidad en atender a visitantes. En general, predomina la satisfacción con el centro, aunque hay margen para mejorar en la gestión administrativa y el cumplimiento de horarios.

We are very grateful for the treatment we received, both the resident and the family. Our sister recently passed away, and we are extremely grateful for the care we received from most of the staff in recent months, especially in the final weeks of our sister's life. We also appreciate the change in management and the improvements made in recent months. In our opinion, the treatment and service have improved in most aspects. We requested an informational visit, scheduled three weeks in advance, and when we arrived promptly at the appointed day and time, we were made to wait for 15 minutes. When we went to inquire about the delay, we were told that the social worker was in a meeting and could not see us. Very unprofessional of them.

A very bright and beautiful center. Located in a quiet area near Palma. We were there to get information for a family member, and they treated us really well. They were full and had no vacancies, so they recommended and referred us to another center from the same company. We are very grateful for the treatment.

Voldria que fessiu extensiu al personal de Can Carbonell el meu agraïment per la tasca realitzada amb gran dosi d'humanitat que vaig observar en cadascun dels treballadors que ereu a la sala de teràpies fent feliços a molts de residents. Vaig poder constatar la qualitat humana de tots el que ereu en aquella sala el dematí del 31 de juliol i durant tota la festa d'aniversari.
