We don't have enough space to express our gratitude for the incredibly kind and impeccable care my grandfather and grandmother received at the residence. The worst care home in Mallorca. I have a lot to say because I took one family member out, and now, unfortunately, I have another one there whose whereabouts I can't control. That's why they're there; otherwise, I would have taken them out. First of all, all employees have to wear their uniforms because they could contaminate the elderly residents, who are older and have weakened immune systems, and their clothing could be contaminated from outside. And then there's the treatment—I'll leave it at that—the food is awful. Since we're paying to be there, you should have a little consideration and not just do whatever you please.

Hello, good afternoon. Miguel Roig felt at home during his stay at the residence. He was well cared for, clean, and well looked after. The cleanliness and orderliness were a great example to follow. He will no longer be at the residence because it's so far away that it makes it difficult for us to see him daily.
