    When it comes to our elders, we always want the best, and this center undoubtedly meets all the essential requirements to feel like family, even if they're not at home. Naturalness, warmth, and at the same time, a high level of professionalism characterize each of the staff members. Without a doubt, it's one of the best options (if not exceptional, let alone the best) to entrust with the care of our loved ones. Plus, it's located in a beautiful setting. Spectacular! 👏

    The truth is, the employees do what they can, but the person in charge of management and decision-making is not qualified for the job. What I'm saying here is based on demonstrable evidence, including the quality of the care provided, a lack of empathy, and decisions made by the center's manager, such as denying access to the elderly person's family member simply because of their demeanor, or rather, because they pointed out shortcomings in her performance. And there are many other issues. But at this center, the client is always blamed. The only way to see change is with a suitable and qualified person in charge of the staff, resources, and, above all, quality control of the care provided at this center.

    We had the pleasure of participating in one of the activities of the residence and we could not be more grateful. Every month they hold a special activity for people who have birthdays, and they invited us to perform a line dance performance for all the residents. It was a very nice experience. We are very happy with the treatment we received from all the staff of the residence. They are very kind and attentive, making both the residents and us feel at home. Thank you very much for your welcome. We would love to participate in future activities again!
