My father has been here for more than two years. From the first day to the last, the entire team treated my father and me excellently. In case any of the team hasn't read it, here's my thank you letter. I wish I could have done this in person, but it's difficult to meet everyone. I'll leave it in the hands of management to pass it on to you. Alzheimer's has taught me the true concept of love: giving everything you have, in every way, to a person who doesn't remember who you are, who has no way of thanking you for being there, but you continue to care, loving, giving everything you have, knowing you won't receive anything in return. When I arrived here, I had mixed feelings. I knew it was the best option since my father's care required professionals, but I was leaving the person I'd been caring for for a couple of years in the hands of people I didn't know. "It's all a matter of time" is a phrase almost all of you have said to me at some point. Over time, I began to feel calm, confident, and certain that my father couldn't be in better hands. I'll never tire of appreciating your work; you're made of a different kind of stuff. Not only have I felt like my father was in the best hands, I've felt cared for. I absolutely do not recommend this center. The quality manager is incredibly arrogant, completely lacking in tact, and extremely unpleasant. I think the position is far too much for her. As for the treatment of the residents… it leaves much to be desired. If I had to place a family member in this residence again, I would think twice. (I had to give it one star to be able to publish this review.)

Due to life circumstances, my brother is living in ROSALBA and I want to thank you for the care and dedication of all the professionals: Receptionists, Administrators, Cleaners, Social Worker, Nursing Assistants, Nurses, Doctors (I hope I haven't left anyone out). July 19, 2024 Terrible service at the Rosalba Residence in Mérida A relative has been in the hospital for a month, and the care couldn't have been worse. Every day we visited, he had something different. One day, his entire mouth/neck was full of food stuck to his skin. Another day, he suffered a very, very severe bruise on his left wrist, with massive swelling. Sometimes he also had wounds on his arms. Most days, he smelled bad. In addition to all this, he was very disoriented and scared, and when we spoke to a nurse to ask why he had something, no one knew anything. AWFUL CARE I didn't expect this at all, a total disappointment.
