Opiniones

A very nice and modern residence, but the way residents are treated leaves much to be desired. Although some people do their jobs, many of them are completely unprofessional, especially in the nursing department. Based on experience, I wouldn't recommend it.

I wouldn't even know where to start, the treatment is deplorable, they leave people without any care, my uncle was in his house for two and a half years with a caregiver and little by little he has been holding on, he entered this residence and lasted 6 days, he entered on Wednesday, October 1st and was seen daily to see how he was adapting to the residence, and on October 6th my father saw him in the afternoon and he was very down and without any strength, with no desire to eat, in the early hours of October 7th the residence contacted them saying that they had to transfer him to the hospital, and in the hospital already lamenting he died, later we went to the residence and they explained to us what happened or what they believe they "should tell", when we went to the hospital to speak with the doctor who had treated him in the early hours of the 7th, she confessed to us that the conditions in which he had arrived were deplorable and that he had a beastly infection, coincidentally when we proceeded to collect our relative's belongings, we met with The person who had brought him food the day before he passed away told us that he had seen him in very, very bad condition and very delicate. At that time, he confessed to us that this would happen around 8:00/8:30 PM on October 6th, and from then until 4:30 AM on October 7th, they didn't bother taking him to the hospital. Draw your own conclusions, but... if this is the place you want to admit a family member to, I assure you it's not the right place. IT'S A REAL SHAME! Before admitting a family member, THINK ABOUT IT!

A relative spent five days in that nursing home. They didn't know what treatment he'd been given, supposedly for a urinary tract infection. At the hospital, he told us he arrived without any strength and couldn't explain how he got there. I honestly wouldn't recommend them at all.

Great, very happy with the treatment received, very kind, always attentive to the patients, my mother went there to recover from an operation and she recommends it without a doubt.

A magnificent residence with spacious, new, and very well-maintained facilities, as well as a wonderful garden for strolling and a heated swimming pool to enjoy in the summer. The cleanliness of the center is particularly noteworthy. The staff is very attentive and helpful; our relative is very well cared for. The reception staff, the rest of the administrative staff, as well as the doctors and nurses, all meet our expectations. They are very kind and helpful in addressing any need and are very attentive to our elderly relatives. I would definitely recommend this residence if you want your elderly relative to be comfortable.
