A terrible experience. They sell you a picture that's far from reality. They don't provide proper care, they didn't feed him correctly, they have no patience, the doctors didn't treat his wounds... My grandfather ended up in the hospital with infected wounds, malnourished, and constantly complaining about the treatment. He always had bruises and new wounds. They were fine with family members, but not with the elderly. I absolutely do not recommend it. We deeply regret our decision because his health deteriorated drastically after he entered the nursing home.

I know almost all the residences closely and they really are tools of a sad system that collect the result of society, the changes for the elderly do not suit them very well, the love of your loved ones and even some anger is healthier, patience or circumstances do not allow in the family among all for one and pretend that some workers who have x assigned give them what they are not ... if in society different values were given perhaps priority would be taken to take care of at least your own and more so those who have done the best they knew how for you with shadows and lights ... perhaps we should rescue the good of the old society and that is love and gratitude. They want a happy elderly person, give them love, respect and time.

My mother was a kind person who was 93 years old. She was dependent and used a wheelchair, but despite her limitations, she had a zest for life and enjoyed spending time with her loved ones, who visited her frequently and took her for walks in her beloved town. In early October 2023, the caregiver who was looking after her, while transferring her from the wheelchair to the living room armchair, dropped her with her full weight, hitting her head. She required medical attention, which resulted in stitches for a wound on her forehead and a bandage to cover a wound on her temple. From that moment on, her health deteriorated until she passed away in mid-December of that year. The grief has been difficult, both because of the loss of my mother and because I think that perhaps it wasn't her time. The management of the care home left much to be desired in how they handled the situation. For now, I'm simply leaving this account, now that I feel stronger and more ready to address it. And to you, Mom, you already know my message: I WILL NEVER FORGET YOU. With all my love, your daughter, Toni.

I don't have any experience having a family member there. But I see them firsthand every day, and I see how they care for them, assist them, entertain them, feed them, etc. To me, they're very well cared for, and above all... they laugh.
