Good morning, my experience at Casa Verde has been very satisfactory. I arrived in a wheelchair and left walking. The treatment I received from all the staff was caring and respectful. I would like to congratulate Eva (physiotherapist) for her effort, motivation to achieve the proposed goals, and her kindness and approachability; Ana Belén (OCD) for helping me develop skills and her care throughout the process; and Carlos for his understanding and support. I would also like to highlight the need to renovate some areas, such as the downstairs gym, which lacks natural light and ventilation, has dampness, uneven floors, and treadmills that are not working. Thank you for everything! Best regards.

Terrible Management and Inhumane Treatment My experience at this hospital has been appalling in every way. Besides the cold treatment and lack of empathy towards patients and their families, the state of the facilities is deplorable: there are leaks in several areas, reflecting the general neglect. What is most outrageous is the discrimination and favoritism in the treatment. While some patients are allowed to be accompanied by their families on special days, others are denied this right without any explanation. What is the reason for this inequality? Why are some allowed this and others not? It is clear that there is a severe lack of staff, which prevents the provision of even minimally decent services. Patients are neglected, the waits are endless, and humane treatment is conspicuously absent. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. A change in management and greater investment in human and material resources are urgently needed.

The nurses treat the patients very well. The facilities are very clean, and they are very kind to the patients. I came two days to stay with a patient because I work for a home care company that cares for dependent individuals.

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to the amazing team at Casa Verde. From the very first moment, I've felt supported by them all. I'm incredibly grateful to all the assistants, nurses, doctors, psychologist, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, receptionists, cleaners, and to Amparo, the wonderful supervisor of this amazing family. I'm there for them every moment, and I'm so thankful for each and every one of them for the work they do for me every day. The facilities are perfect, they take care of everything I need, the food is truly fantastic, and my sincerest congratulations to the kitchen team, especially Sergio. I'm so happy with my progress and the support they all give me. Thank you, thank you, thank you! ♥️

Good morning, I'm a patient at Casaverde in Mérida and I'm very happy. I'm progressing very well in my recovery. The professionals are excellent, caring, and friendly. The food is very good, the kitchens are great, and the facilities are well-equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Like everything, there's always room for improvement, but the center is spectacular. I love everything about it; I have no complaints. I'm 53 years old and have some experience in healthcare. Thank you so much; I feel like I've been reborn thanks to your help.
