Residencia El Chalet presenta opiniones muy polarizadas: mientras algunos usuarios elogian el trato espectacular, la amabilidad del equipo y consideran que es un hogar ideal para los mayores, otros reportan experiencias negativas relacionadas con la calidad de la atención, falta de cualificación del personal y comunicación deficiente con las familias. Aunque hay sugerencias de mejora en la gestión de visitas, el sentimiento general está dividido entre una satisfacción muy alta y preocupaciones significativas sobre la calidad y seguridad de los cuidados.

A fantastic residence! Highly recommended! Of course, there will be mistakes and errors... like everywhere else! But the treatment my mother has received from the moment she walked through the door has been spectacular. An ideal home for our seniors. Visit management could be improved by setting a maximum number of visitors and a limit on the number of visitors per resident, as uncomfortable overcrowding sometimes occurs. (Appointments, visit time limits, etc.). Overall, a 10 out of 10.
