Opiniones

The worst nursing home we've ever been to. As soon as you walk in, it smells like urine, for starters. You call, and they don't answer the phones. The girl with glasses at the front desk, with the voice that sounds like she'd never break a plate, doesn't know a thing. It's better not to ask the nurse anything because he doesn't know how to speak politely to anyone; he just attacks when you ask him something. The assistants, ugh, half of them don't even have a degree, what more can I say, and what have I said about them? And well, I think I'll be writing nonsense until New Year's because since my mother's been there, I've seen things that wouldn't even be in a horror movie. I hope these people pay for their poor management; you're charging them well.

My mother lived in this care home for almost a year, until we were able to find her a place in Badajoz, where we now live. I am very grateful because it was the only place that accepted her without any problems, and they cared for her there until we were able to bring her closer to us. I am grateful to the director and all the staff for caring for my mother, who has Alzheimer's.

My experience with this facility has been very favorable so far. Both the management and the staff are very accessible and committed to the residents and their families. I hope everything continues to run smoothly. 😊

The worst experience without a doubt, lack of staff, bad smell, they don't have any open spaces, and worst of all, they don't notify you about falls, we found out because a caregiver slipped in the kitchen, they don't inform you about anything, the status of the dressings, nobody knows anything... you call and the responsible nurses are always busy and not to mention that we brought him an anti-bedsore mattress that they didn't even put on him, terrible residence and care. But to collect, they immediately send you the receipts that they charged us for the entire month when my father went to the hospital in the middle of the month, but the 15-day notice policy doesn't take this into account... a disaster altogether.

CRR residents should be ashamed to leave untrue reviews considering the excellent treatment they receive. Similarly, relatives who don't receive care at home complain of the lack of adequate care at the nursing home. The staff is excellent: Nursing, Geriatric Care, Housekeeping, Reception, Kitchen, Management, etc.
