Opiniones

Less than a month ago, I learned that two close friends and family members were patients there, and I wanted to visit them. I wasn't able to. The second time, the receptionist, who was rather unpleasant, told me I couldn't visit until 2:00 PM. I understood, and I asked if I could go in if I arrived about 20 minutes earlier. She replied, "Until 2:00." Today, I arrived at 2:45 PM, and she still wouldn't let me in. I have absolutely no doubt about the good treatment the patients receive, but this woman at reception—unfortunately, I always get the same one—is quite unfriendly.

For a few years now, my mother-in-law (whom I love like a mother) has been receiving the care and affection of the entire staff (thank you from the bottom of my heart). She came from a nursing home, on the verge of death, and you helped her, and thank God, she's been incredibly well cared for. The love and care they receive there is admirable, and I can't say enough about the facilities, which are wonderful. Thank you for everything.

A wonderful residential center; we went to visit a relative. First of all, I was struck by the warm and personal treatment we received. They notified us immediately so we could visit and spend such a pleasant time together. The rooms and common areas were very well organized and impeccably clean. The staff at the center were very friendly, polite, and attentive. The care and professionalism with which they carry out their work is invaluable. Excellent management.

I have no words to describe what you've meant to my mother and me these past six months. It's not just the care and affection Mom has received, but also the care and affection you've given me. There are tough times, but your love makes them easier to bear. Thank you for everything; you'll always have a place in my heart.

I find it unbelievable that a care home that boasts of being at the forefront of all kinds of services, both technological and human, could have the following situation: the family was called and warned that an ambulance would be called because the resident's condition required hospital care. We arrived at 5:10 pm and witnessed a farcical charade of care by the nurse: paracetamol, cold compresses... all while glued to her cell phone. When the ambulance was delayed and we insisted, they told us there wasn't one available and suggested, in a threatening tone, that we call 112, but at our own expense. We asked again if they hadn't already called, and they said yes. At 8 pm, we decided to call. The company told us it would take about 20 minutes and that they hadn't received any notification from the care home. Twenty minutes later, the technician arrived and picked up my relative. To our surprise, the only way out was through the main door, which was locked. It took about six minutes to open both doors (I don't know what the fire department will think about this). In short, it was absurd—three and a half hours to take him to a clinic 500 meters away. This happened yesterday, Friday, June 21st, from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Please, let this not happen again.
