La Residencia de mayores El Balcón destaca por sus excelentes instalaciones modernas, ubicación espectacular con vistas panorámicas y un personal amable y atento, aspectos que generan una experiencia positiva para muchos residentes y sus familias. Sin embargo, existen preocupaciones serias sobre la seguridad de las pertenencias de los residentes y sobre la falta de transparencia en los protocolos de comunicación con las familias, lo que ha generado desconfianza entre algunos usuarios respecto a la calidad general del cuidado y la responsabilidad del centro.

When my grandmother was admitted to the hospital from this care home, all the gold jewelry she was wearing disappeared. The staff offered no explanation, took no responsibility, and there is no clear protocol in place to protect residents' valuables. This lack of care and transparency in the safekeeping of valuables is unacceptable. Families, please exercise extreme caution before entrusting important belongings to this facility: it does not guarantee the safety of residents' property.

I haven't been here long, but it's a small residence, and I see a very good atmosphere. And the location is spectacular, with a large walking area and sweeping views.

Excellent, modern facilities with great views. In a wonderful location between the Extremadura countryside and Magacela Castle. Easy to get to. The staff was wonderful.

It's unfortunate that family members can't speak with residents. Calls last up to two and a half hours, only to be told excuses that aren't true. Family members are given a call schedule that they then don't adhere to. Weather factors are always to blame.
