Opiniones

I can only express my deepest gratitude to Alicia and her entire team for their exceptional care, especially knowing how difficult it was for my mother during her month there. Eternally grateful, and as I mentioned on the phone today, we will certainly be able to count on your dedication again. Thank you.

I'm giving one star because it doesn't allow me to give a lower star, and I'm not mistaken about the residence when I review it: A chaotic residence. The elderly are constantly urinating and dirty since they're hardly ever taken to the bathroom, and the poor people have to relieve themselves. Clothes get lost even though they're marked. The staff is constantly changing and doesn't even know the residents' names. The use of bibs is infrequent, and it's common to see them stained with food or coffee... Oral and denture hygiene is very, very poor. The only elevator they have is broken every day. Medication is given without checking that it's being taken... (pills are found in bags). You complain to the manager, and she ignores you... I miss a meeting with the owners so I can tell them all this because I want to believe that all these complaints don't reach them. Contacting the residence by phone is mission impossible... they don't answer.

I'm not less of a star because it's impossible. The staff (not all of them) don't seem to know what they're doing and are overwhelmed. There are new faces every week, and it's a real mess because people don't last. I know people who have worked there, and as some reviews have mentioned, I've seen elderly people getting up at 6 a.m., having breakfast at those hours too, rushing to the bathrooms (that's often how they are, and that's how their clothes look if they even come back). I'm not sure if the workers really know where they're working; it seems like they're there for modeling rather than work. They show one face to the families, but in reality, it's another. All the family members had to coordinate to actually check what's going on there. And since it's supposed to be under video surveillance, as it says at the entrance, they should show the footage from those breakfast and bathroom times. Perhaps many of us would take our parents and grandparents out of there.

I couldn't have a worse opinion of the place. There's never a time, and I go every day, that my relative isn't dirty, with no clothes in the closet, and the dirty ones stored unwashed, and the missing ones missing. I hope people lose their fear of speaking up. I know people who take their laundry home to be washed. I'm giving one star because it won't let me post if I don't post anything.

I have nothing but praise for this residence. Everything about it is a 10/10, not only the location, the amazing facilities, the incredible food... but without a doubt, the staff's treatment of the residents is outstanding. Thank you so much for the care you gave my aunt (and she's not an easy person to deal with). I would give you a 10 out of 10 if I could use stars. I would choose you again and again, and you'll always have my recommendation. Thank you!
