We are extremely grateful for the care my mother has received and for the difficult task you face with her broken arm. She has improved so much thanks to the staff for their patience, the excellent work of all the personnel, and the wonderful homemade food you provide—abundant, varied, and made with quality ingredients. It's clear she's recovering more each day; the physiotherapist has worked wonders... she's already walking. Thank you to all the staff, the management, and everyone who makes this residence the best home for our elderly residents.

I would like to publicly thank you for fulfilling your promise the day I decided to place my beloved mother in your hands. The humanity, respect, and affection with which you care for our elderly is commendable. This is a nursing home with home-cooked meals, daily therapies, cleaning, personal closet organization, rooms with views of the gardens, and very pleasant outdoor walking areas. This experience has given me not only peace of mind but also many shared moments during daily visits to the gardens my mother enjoyed so much. During the two years my 96-year-old mother was at Montserrat, I saw how the entire team worked together to improve the daily lives of our elderly patients and, consequently, that of their families. My eternal and sincere gratitude to Montserrat and her entire team for giving me peace of mind, security, and the wonderful times I had visiting my mother. Best regards.

Very clean, excellent care, spacious, the food smells wonderful. My father was in this residence for over a year and it was great... Despite everything, he was happy... The atmosphere was so welcoming that I already miss the grandparents who were with my father during that time. Now he's in one in León and things aren't looking good at the moment... As always, you appreciate things more when you no longer have them.

The worst care home I've ever seen, and I've been to many. The food is awful, they make it there and it's the worst. The juice... well, you could just leave it in dirty water. And everything else is like that. Imagine the rest... I wouldn't put my worst enemy there.
