Aunque se menciona brevemente que las áreas comunes son limitadas, este aspecto menor es ampliamente compensado por el ambiente familiar, la dedicación del personal (con menciones especiales a la gestión de Sara) y la tranquilidad que genera en los familiares saber que sus seres queridos están bien cuidados.

My grandmother spent almost a year in this home. She was very well cared for by the entire staff. She ate well, and when we visited, she was always looked after by an assistant with a smile from ear to ear. The home is full of dedicated people who treat the residents like their own family.

It's clear they take great care of her; she's delighted, and we're even more so. The facilities are important, but the staff is even more so. Hello, My mother spent almost three years in the care home. During those years, her health fluctuated through different phases. I could talk about the facilities, the food, the rooms... my only complaint would be the limited common areas, but I think the most important thing is that, although there are things that could be improved, I always felt she was well cared for. I could visit her or call her at any time, and when I left, I wasn't worried. They always listened to me and tried to offer solutions. The center isn't large, but that makes it feel more like home. Thank you all for being there for my mother in her final years and for the life story book that was created for her—a keepsake to cherish forever.
