Opiniones

I had to remove my relative after discovering that illnesses and falls had been concealed from me, and that my relative hadn't received appropriate medical care. During their stay, the administration changed; I made an appointment with the new administrator, and she stood me up without any explanation or apology. My experience was awful.

I wouldn't call this place a nursing home, because I see it more as a home, where the grandparents are superbly cared for, by magnificent caregivers, with a lot of humanity and compassion in their work. I've had my mother-in-law here for a few months now, and we're very, very happy with the work they do. We go every day, and that gives me a chance to observe them closely. I truly recommend it.

This residence, located in a privileged setting, is a tastefully renovated manor house. It's very clean, with varied, homemade meals. Services include nursing, podiatry, hairdressing, entertainment, and physiotherapy. It's a place where seniors can enjoy a comfortable, family-like environment with all the amenities to meet their needs—a true luxury. I highly recommend it.

Poor personal attention, questionable hygiene, inadequate medical care; residents say there's been a scabies outbreak recently and nobody's taking action, so I wouldn't recommend it.

It's small and very attentive to families and users; they're renovating it a lot and there's a change in management. It's private and very affordable.
