A wonderful residence thanks to its excellent professionals. They have a highly efficient team, but above all, a very compassionate one. The Chalet Imperio (1895), originally conceived as a residence for the single engineers of Duro Felguera, sits on a 10,000 m² estate in Collantes (Sama de Llangréu). It was renovated by the Felguera-born architect Juan José Suárez Aller (1920-2008), who incorporated mosaics and geometric patterns into the façade decoration—a style also seen in his other designs, Casa Suárez and the Cine Felgueroso. It is now a 25-bed retirement home (2001) managed by Serso-Nalón S.A.
