Opiniones

My father has been in this residence for two months now, and although it was a very difficult decision to make, I can say it was the best one. He received excellent care, and I received excellent attention. They explain everything, and the attention they give me, both in person and over the phone, is fantastic. Thank you to all the staff, and especially to Naty, Aída, and Vanessa, who always answer my calls wonderfully. But thank you to everyone who shows him affection and makes him feel at home. Thank you for everything! ♥️

Elvira's family would like to thank Costamar for the care and attention they provided. She arrived in a wheelchair and, after two months, became almost completely independent. The facilities are excellent and the staff are very kind and caring. We highly recommend it.

My mother has Alzheimer's, and when it became impossible for us to provide adequate care at home, Costamar welcomed her with open arms. It's impossible to know what the day-to-day care is like, but when you visit her, you see continuous attention and affection that is truly comforting. This separation is very difficult for the family, but knowing she's in good hands makes everything much easier. Thank you for being so caring towards her.

I had a very dear person admitted to Costamar, and we were not at all happy, neither with the treatment of the staff, who kept changing and didn't know the grandparents, nor with the food, which left much to be desired. We requested a transfer to another nursing home, and neither the director nor the person in charge of visitors came to say goodbye to Pilar. Only the doctor and the supervisor said goodbye with a hug.

I was at home when I saw a woman wandering with her walker along the GO-7 highway. Upon seeing this, I went to ask the woman, named Puri, what was wrong and where she was going. She told me she was completely disoriented and lost. She mentioned that she lived at the Costamar Gerontological Center, so I decided to accompany her back. As we walked back, she told me she had been gone for over two and a half hours. To my surprise, no one from the center even came out to look for her, which leads me to believe that our elderly residents are being neglected. The woman seemed completely lost while we were walking back, which makes me suspect she might have Alzheimer's. When we returned, no one noticed her absence or even knew she had left. This makes me believe in the lack of professionalism shown by all the staff at this center towards the elderly residents. I expect a response and changes at this center.
