My mother, Luisa, after having a less-than-gratifying experience in another nursing home, forced us to make a change. We have found the nursing home we all dream of for our seniors. I can only express my gratitude for the extraordinary work they do, from the management to the most recent employee, and for the love and attention they offer the grandparents, forming a great family together. My aunt has only been at this center for two months, and we're both very happy. She came from another residence where she wasn't very comfortable, and the change has been spectacular. You could say she feels right at home here, surrounded by family. Her physical improvement is noticeable, and how happy she is has reassured us that she's in the best hands. I'm at ease knowing she's well cared for. Without a doubt, Mónica and Nazaret, along with all the staff, contribute to that.

As Geni's daughter, a resident of this great family that is the Guia, I have nothing but gratitude for the treatment, help, and support from day one, seven months ago. The help I received when making the decision to admit... and the feeling of leaving a loved one in a safe place. And the reassurance that they are in good hands.
