I live across the street from the center, and for months there's been a beeping noise that they haven't been able to fix. Last Friday I spoke with the maintenance person (very friendly, by the way) and they said they would look into it/fix it. The beeping is intermittent and can be heard near the vehicle entrance, but last Thursday it went on all night, keeping everyone who lives across the street awake. This is something you have to fix NOW!! Because it's impossible to live with that constant noise. The next time it happens, we'll call the police and file a complaint. I find it incredible that no one from the center has ever heard it and said anything, since there are elderly people living there who have to put up with that infernal noise.

I strongly advise against taking your family members to this residence. The facilities are appalling and the patient care leaves much to be desired. I had to witness the condition of the residents and the poor cleanliness of the rooms.

The worst of the worst...! My grandmother, may she rest in peace, was treated so badly that her arm was covered in bruises! When she was in the hospital, the doctors noticed this, along with her state of malnutrition! Outrageous!

A terrible experience at this care home. My mother was only there for a month. The poor woman was very ill, and she died there amidst neglect and malpractice. Some staff members may be exempt from this criticism, but the one who undoubtedly deserves it most is the director (who, by the way, is almost never there; she seems to have a very busy personal life).

I'm giving it one star because I can't leave it without one. Terrible treatment of the elderly, a complete lack of hygiene and humanity. We've had my aunt for just over a month, and they've returned a sick woman with infections. How inhumane! Ladies and gentlemen, for this profession, as for many others, you have to have a vocation. If you don't like your job or caring for and making life easier for others, scrub stairs or run banks (obviously without disparaging those professions).
