I'm not giving zero stars because it doesn't allow me to. I mean it's regrettable and reprehensible that due to not having enough staff they have to leave a person with a bedpan on for more than 3 hours, even though it's time for dinner and they can't do it because it's impossible if there are 2 people to do everything. There isn't even a bell on the bed to call, and the ones that do have one have not been working for a long time. I will never recommend this residence, and not because of its employees, who don't even value them and can't do more than they do. However, it's not the patients' fault and they are paying quite a bit to be cared for when they need it.

My grandmother has always been treated very well; all the staff are very caring, and the receptionists are always willing to provide information and advice. The rooms are very nice, as are the entertainment activities. I think it would be an improvement if there were no nursing service on weekends, as there was in previous years, which we sometimes needed and which caused us problems. The price seems very high to me, but I don't know the prices of other residences to be able to compare.

My father was at Colisee for just over a year. Under these difficult circumstances for all families, I would highlight the fluid communication with the entire nursing home staff, something that is greatly appreciated, and their commitment to finding solutions whenever any issues arose. The assistants on the first floor, where my father was staying, are excellent professionals, caring, and knowledgeable about each resident's condition and the changes that occur. The facilities are good and have large outdoor terraces, allowing you to go outside with your loved ones for some fresh air. Of course, there are always areas for improvement, but overall, it is a very respectful nursing home for the people who live there, and that makes it easier for families to navigate a difficult time. Good morning, I just walked around the Residence and can confirm that the entrance gardens are neglected, with dry grass, bushes, brambles... it's dangerous for residents. It's all a matter of CAUTION. 14/10... THE BRAMBLETS AND TALL GRASSES STILL HAVE NOT BEEN CLEARED... I SEE THERE ARE SIGNS FOR PLOTS FOR SALE... DOES THAT MEAN IT'S GOING TO CONTINUE LIKE THIS?? WITH THE DANGER IT POSES FOR RESIDENTS, FIRE, DANGER FOR PATIENTS WALKING ALONE... I REPEAT, I HOPE THIS IS SOLVED

I had my grandmother there recently, recovering from a fall, and we were very happy. The staff were exceptional, and the elderly were very affectionate. It's true that more staff could be needed at times, but overall it was good.
