El Centro gerontológico Montevil goza de un sentimiento general extremadamente positivo entre sus usuarios y familias, quienes destacan de forma consistente la profesionalidad, dedicación y calidez humana del equipo en todos los niveles, desde la dirección hasta el personal de limpieza y cuidadores. Los residentes se sienten tratados como en casa, con atención médica de calidad, instalaciones limpias, actividades variadas y una comunicación constante con las familias, sin que se mencione aspecto negativo alguno en las reseñas analizadas.

You do an outstanding job! I don't think there's a better place to take our elderly relatives; my grandmother confirmed this many times. My mother was severely dependent (level 3) and had a 75% disability rating due to aggressive dementia that incapacitated her very quickly and at a young age. Finding a place like the Montevil Gerontological Center with such a professional and qualified staff was a huge relief for us. From the very first day, they treated her exceptionally well, with professionalism, but also with care and affection. From the cleaning staff and the caregivers to the clinicians, supervisors, administration, and even management, every single one of the wonderful people on this team ensured the support and care my mother needed. As a family, we felt at ease when we had to leave, supported during difficult times, and kept informed every step of the way. For almost two years, we have witnessed firsthand that this exceptional treatment is extended to each and every person who, for whatever reason, resides at or uses their services. For this, we will always be grateful and will recommend this center as the best in Asturias. The cleanliness of the center, the hygiene and personal appearance of all residents and staff, the medical and nursing care, the varied, high-quality, and delicious meals, the recreational spaces, the work of the activities team, the organization of events and outings for residents, and many other aspects justify my words.
