Dear Cristina, I wanted to tell you how impressed I was with my visit to Cálida Residencial on Friday. I was treated with kindness and attention. I really liked everything I saw: the organization, the rooms, the different facilities, the cleanliness, the activities planned for the residents... I went to visit the center to enroll my parents, and the service was outstanding. María, the supervisor, showed me around the entire facility, which is spectacular. We went down to the kitchen, and Marta, the cook, gave us exceptional service. Everything was spotless, and the ingredients were top-quality. There were no vacancies, as they always have a waiting list, but we will definitely wait until they have an opening for my parents.

Without much more to add to the other reviews, in my case, finding the opportunity to stay at this center was a complete success. From the moment you walk in, it doesn't feel like a nursing home, but rather a social center where residents live with family members in the spacious main hall. Everything is very bright and full of life. As with all businesses and life in general, there are always areas for improvement, but overall my experience is very positive. Excellent work by the professionals who work at the center, enviable cleanliness, and exquisite treatment of the residents. Good food, balanced and homemade, with a medical team attentive to the residents at all times. For me, it's not a nursing home, but rather a great family, who care for their elders, making everything easy. In my case, saying thank you again and again is not enough after everything we've been through in previous centers.
