Terrible care, medical treatment, and humane treatment during COVID. They concealed information about the deaths and didn't show their faces. For a week, I requested to speak to Miguel Fuster, the doctor. He didn't call me. They didn't perform a single COVID test over Christmas. They kept my mother semi-sedated, without care, alone in the room for six days, only for the doctor to call to say she was being admitted. In the video calls she made, it was more than evident that she was in bad shape. They concealed the situation and previous deaths. On other occasions, foot bandages were not changed, damp and dirty after showering. Food of little nutritional value, everything frozen, no fresh fruit. There are good staff, but not all of them. Since the director left, I've noticed a change for the worse in everything. In our experience, we wouldn't recommend how they handled the COVID epidemic. Neglect and inefficiency, in addition to constant lies. This isn't something sudden, I'm just describing what the reality was like since my mother contracted Alzheimer's. I'm describing the reality of what happened because, as you know, what I've written is true. Unfortunately, that's how it happened.
