I am a stroke survivor paralyzed on my left side and have lived here a few months as of now. The food here is very good the staff is helpful and the administrative staff is very good at listening to your complaints and addressing them. The facility is always very clean and it has lovely views of the Mediterranean Sea. The residents are also very nice and become your friends. The physical therapy department it's staff in gymnasium is also very well managed and helpful.

This nursing home has lovely nurses, mostly. However, I observed serious abuse of a dementia patient. I reported it to the home and in the end to the police. The home refused to recognise my complaint. I am waiting to hear from the local council and the police. My parents went in both walking. My father had all his faculties. Within 6 months both were in wheelchairs and my father had lost a great deal of his mental abilities. They had also lost so much weight it was heart breaking. Whilst most of the nurses are kind they are extremely overworked and out numbered. It was normal for 2 nurses to be in charge of over 50 residents, a great many of them with dementia. They were expected to keep them clean and feed them. My parents like most of the other residents suffered continued urinary infections, bed sores, bruises, cuts and frequently had falls. Every time I asked about these things I was told it was normal. They lost my mother's teeth, my father's glasses and his hearing aid. They NEVER ensured the hearing aid was working. By the end of his life he was mute because he lived his life in silence. The complaint that has been lodged with Campello police station and Mutaxmel police station and the local council focuses on the lack of care and understanding which is due in large part to the serious lack of staff and the large numbers of residents and also to the management for whom the bottom line is obviously money and not care. I have had some shocking, truly shocking conversations with the management who seem oblivious to what the care of the elderly really looks like. During the first month of his staying there, when he was totally of sound mind, my father said 'this place is about the system, not the patients. A terrible experience. I have made the complaints in support of others.

Great facities, clean and good decorative order. Staff appear to be helpful, caring and pleasant. Has a doctor, psychologist and Social worker in attendance. On the expensive side but for the services etc good.

I went to visit and I didn't like it at all... old, outdated facilities, quite neglected for the price they charge... hardly any staff; when I went to ask for information, the elderly residents were calling for staff and none of them showed up... to pay more than €2,500, it's better to hire two caregivers at home, and the elderly person will be better off in their own environment... not recommended at all...

One of the hardest decisions we've ever made was to move our family member to a care home, but everything changed when she told us we'd waited too long. Every single staff member has been excellent, without exception, from the personal support to the medical care, from beginning to end! These years are priceless! Thank you so much for your work and dedication to Maria! We can't express our gratitude and affection enough! Thank you!
