DomusVi Concentaina destaca principalmente por la excelente calidad humana de su equipo, la dedicación en el cuidado de los residentes y el ambiente cálido y profesional que caracteriza la residencia, aspectos que son ampliamente valorados por residentes y familiares. Sin embargo, existe una crítica importante respecto a la calidad de la alimentación y las opciones del menú, que según los usuarios requieren mejora con chefs más especializados y opciones más elaboradas.

I had the opportunity to do my administrative internship at this nursing home, and it was a very enriching experience, both professionally and personally. From the first day, the team welcomed me kindly and made me feel part of the group. I was able to learn a lot about administrative management in the social-healthcare field: organizing documents, answering phone calls, dealing with family members, coordinating with staff, and using specific software. I felt valued and supported at all times. Furthermore, the work environment is very humane and professional. The care with which residents are treated and the commitment of the entire staff to providing quality care are evident. I recommend this home both as an internship and as a center for those seeking an environment where seniors are truly cared for.
