Very good service and attention from the staff, always friendly and helpful. The only minor issue is that sometimes they don't deliver the marked clothing and bring in items that don't match.

My experience with DomusVi has aspects that I think could be improved, especially regarding the conditions of the support staff, who are the ones who actually care for the residents on a daily basis. I've noticed that the support staff are often overworked, with very demanding shifts and insufficient staff for the number of residents they care for. This inevitably ends up affecting both them and the quality of care they can provide. When the team is exhausted and with few resources, it's difficult to provide the care we all would like for our seniors. I believe that if DomusVi improved the working conditions of its staff, this would have a very positive impact on the well-being of the residents. Ultimately, a motivated team with the necessary support can offer much more personal and quality care. I hope these aspects are taken into account, because the work they do is very valuable and deserves to be recognized.
