La residencia "La Saleta Calp" presenta opiniones muy polarizadas que reflejan una gran inconsistencia en la calidad del servicio. Mientras algunos usuarios elogian calurosamente la profesionalidad, empatía y calidez del personal en la atención y las instalaciones, otros reportan graves negligencias en el cuidado (como pérdida de ropa y falta de atención a úlceras por presión), comunicación deficiente con familias y una gestión ausente. Esta disparidad sugiere problemas importantes de consistencia en la calidad de atención que merecen ser investigados.

Steer clear, all IS NOT WHAT IT SEEMS. My poor father was only here for a couple of weeks. They dressed him in other people's clothing, lost so many of his clothes. The physiotherapy is nothing short of a joke... but worst of all they neglected a bed sore on my father and it became infected. On the surface they look like they care, underneath, its just another old person to deal with. My father died on February the 4th. This place was a major contributor to his demise.

This afternoon my godmother was admitted. I have no words to express my gratitude to the social worker, the director, the doctor, the nurse, the nursing assistants, the social worker, the receptionist, the physiotherapist, the kitchen staff, the cleaning staff—in short, to all the staff. I also want to highlight the wonderful facilities they have. Furthermore, the care they provided was so warm, humane, and empathetic. I left feeling relieved and happy. Thank you so much, and please don't change.

How curious, a nursing home without a visible director... it must be a new model of "ghost" management. The treatment and communication with families is as conspicuous as its absence. It's incredible that something as serious as the health of our seniors is managed with such indifference and mediocrity. I'm waiting for a call.

I have no words to express my gratitude to the entire team. I had more contact and interaction with Patricia, the social worker, but the care I received from everyone has been exquisite. From the reception staff to the manager, the medical staff, and the caregivers—a fantastic team! Very professional and incredibly caring. I was desperate, and they knew how to treat me and meet our needs. I will be eternally grateful. In addition to the significant improvement of the affected family member, I have learned a lot from you. ❤️
