My review is very simple and clear: A colleague recommended this residence to me, and it was undoubtedly the best place my mother could have ever stayed. Where do I begin? I simply want to thank the entire staff for their efficiency, kindness, energy, positivity, dedication, and humanity... The treatment is family-like; the entire staff is very caring with the residents and infinitely patient. My mother has been there for a year, and we are delighted. Although there are visiting hours, they are flexible, and family members are always welcome. The staff is always willing to inform the family about any issue. The residents receive excellent medical follow-up and care from the nursing service. The food is varied, very good, and homemade (no catering), and the menus are tailored to the residents' needs. The facilities are not luxurious, but they are comfortable and have everything necessary to care for the residents. The location is good, free of environmental pollution and very accessible for family members, with parking on the surrounding streets. I recommend it without a doubt.

The staff at this nursing home is all wonderful. Dedicated, kind, professional, and above all, HUMAN. Absolutely everyone—and I'm sorry if I've forgotten anyone—Conchi, Julia, Alicia, Andrea, Carmen, María José, Hugo, Carolina, Dr. Ricote, Tamara... They all took extraordinarily good care of my mother until the very end, treating me with sweetness, kindness, and always with a smile. The directors are not. They are polite in their dealings but inhumane and not at all empathetic. From the very beginning, they put obstacles in the way of my requests regarding my mother, and when she passed away, they didn't "remember" to send her flowers, and they brought her belongings to the door of the nursing home, as if they were just trash that needs to be thrown out at night. Very sordid and heartbreaking. You can't be or act like that when dealing with people, with beings as vulnerable or fragile as our elderly. Or yes, it can be done (as they did), but it's NOT right. And what isn't right is wrong.

My review is simple and clear: hats off to the exquisite treatment they provide at all times to the family members, but especially to the elderly: they are happy, content, and always speak highly of the nursing home... despite the difficult circumstances we've endured, they have gone out of their way for the elderly. I'm giving it 5 stars because I can't give it 10. Thank you for so much!
