Although my father was sadly only there for a few days because he arrived from the hospital in very poor condition, the care he received was exceptional. They gave him the best room with a balcony and a beautiful sunset view, and they put him in a single room, even though we had booked a double. Because the room had two beds, we were able to use the other bed to be with him at night. My mother, who was with him all day, was treated like royalty. I have nothing but words of gratitude for this family-run residence.

The management leaves much to be desired. They promised to arrange for long-term care assistance but failed to do so, resulting in my mother losing six months of support. The place is quite depressing, and they offer hardly any activities for the elderly. I had to remove my mother from there, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We were looking for a family-friendly place, and I must say, this center exceeded my expectations. It's a welcoming center with exceptional, and above all, professional staff. While it can be difficult to admit that sometimes we don't have the resources to provide the full care our loved one needs, I can say that with this center, I went home every day with peace of mind, knowing exactly where they were. It will undoubtedly always be among my recommendations.
