This Care Home have been looking after my father for a number of years and apologies for this review taking so long to appear. You cannot fault the care and support from this company in their service provision, from the manager at the top down through all of the team who work tirelessly in the care service that they provide. Their ability to communicate between Spain and England is second to none, with continual updates provided in every aspect of his care plan. Recognition should be given across the board in equal measure, where all the staff clearly strive to provide this first class service, so before any individual mentions are written a special thanks has to go to the whole team across the board, for no matter who picks up the phone or responds to any emails, all staff are extremely helpful and polite and can’t do enough to ensure they can help in any way possible. A special thanks has to be given to Wendy at front of house for her excellent approach that just welcomes you each time you communicate with the team. The social care worker Daisy should also get a special mention, for she ties together lots of answers to any worries or questions that arise from the service relating to my fathers care plan. This feedback cannot miss an applause and to congratulate the doctor and nursing staff, who continue to provide updates that are both thorough and informative, and always answer additional questions relating to our fathers state of health. As a family in England with their father being cared for in Spain, we cannot recommend this care provider enough for the service they bring. A final mention has to go to the director (care home manager) Rocio for supporting the team at Calpe and pulling together such a wonderful service, and for providing first class communication links via email, telephone and watts app, between a father and his family, where language barriers between English and Spanish have proved very minimal. So once again as a family with children in four different countries and a father in your care, and from me as the family member with vast experience in the provision of care, I cannot endorse this post and the positive feedback enough for the team at Calpe in the exemplary first class service you deliver for the Domus Vi Care service provider.

If only they knew how much effort is put into ensuring the well-being and mental and, of course, physical health of our seniors always improves. Mistakes happen because we're human, but the truth is that we all strive to ensure their quality of life is worthy in every way. They are wonderful and grateful, and they show us this every day in their own way, each with their own circumstances and limitations, which unfortunately are many. The commitment is mutual, and neither on their part nor on ours do we throw in the towel under any circumstances.

Therapists, healthcare workers, management, assistants... you are their everyday family and you make sure they are incredibly well cared for. Good morning! I've had a family member there for a couple of years now, and it's the best decision we've made. The staff there are fantastic! Of course, it's normal that some residents like certain dishes more than others, but that happens at home too! Otherwise, the staff's treatment is excellent. As a family member, I'm incredibly grateful to the entire team that works there... thank you so much, everyone!
