The staff working the afternoon shift lacks knowledge of how to do their jobs. Company management doesn't know how to communicate the treatments prescribed by doctors to the staff. We, the family members, must be the ones to monitor and ensure that they are followed.

Good morning, yesterday I stopped by the nursing home to request information for my mother. I received phenomenal and very attentive service. A very friendly, family-oriented center. They make everything as easy as possible for both residents and family members. We lost my father four months after arriving, and the love, care, and attention he received in his final days was truly exceptional. Now we have my mother, who has been happy and content since she arrived there, even after the loss of my father. If I were to highlight one improvement, I would also emphasize the morning entertainment; perhaps it's a bit lacking. Congratulations to the entire team working there, which is a 10-person team 😍. And congratulations to Aurelia and Blanca for the work they're doing 😉. We hope to spend a long time sharing experiences with you all.
