Opiniones

The experience was very short, very sad, and dehumanizing in terms of care. The residence is completely unprepared for dependent residents. Even visiting our loved one morning and afternoon, it was a constant struggle regarding the service they received. To anyone considering taking a loved one to this residence, don't believe what they offer. It's far from the reality they portray, degrading the dignity of the residents.

The residence, while it was run by the Congregation of the Sisters of the Annes, provided excellent care, but once it was sold to the Lantus Group, it deteriorated significantly. Many staff members changed, including foreign nurses and doctors who were quite negligent in their work. The director, Patricia, didn't even call to offer her condolences when my mother passed away. As for cleanliness and food, I have no complaints.

A truly excellent residence, with a fantastic team of caregivers and assistants who look after the residents. The cleanliness is impeccable, with the facilities and everything in top condition. The senior management is wonderful and understanding of everyone—staff, residents, and their families. The maintenance is flawless, the nursing staff is very attentive and efficient, and the physiotherapist at reception is incredibly kind and talented! But the most important and beautiful thing is the residents themselves, who treat us with such care and love, giving us life and making us happy! The food is perfect, perfectly suited to their needs, with plenty of variety, and they are very well-nourished. I started working there recently and have experience, and I give my best, just like everyone else. Without a doubt, it's the best residence, and the most important thing is the residents, who give me and my colleagues life! They give us love, as do the families who make it incredibly easy for us. Thank you, life and God, for this great blessing!

It's shameful how they treat the elderly. It's even criminal that they don't allow you to visit your loved ones after all you pay, approximately €2,800 per person, as if it were a prison. The staff are exploited. Please don't take anyone you care about there.

This is a fantastic Anas residence. The treatment of residents is excellent, both on the assisted and non-assisted floors. The rooms, single or double, are cozy. And they all have their own bathrooms. The food is plentiful, healthy, and good. And all of this in the center of Zaragoza. What more could you ask for?
