Opiniones

Our experience at the San Marcelino residence has been outstanding. The director and staff have such a warm and caring approach that they made us feel like part of a big family. We are so grateful for the excellent care and service they provided to our elderly relatives and family. We recommend it without hesitation. Thank you for everything. Warmest regards.

I'm a resident of the village of Jaulin, and I'm trying to speak with M. Ángeles, the manager of the nursing home. The matter is quite serious, but she says she won't speak to me unless it's a life-or-death situation. I live next door, and I've called more than three times because there are dead cats every single day, with a smell that makes me want to vomit, as the cats are decomposing. I'm not going to pick them up because the nursing home feeds them. There are two dogs there, and just yesterday I saw them kill two cats when I was out walking my own dogs, as I do every day. It broke my heart to see such cruelty. Nobody is doing anything, neither the town hall nor the nursing home. I don't know how the elderly residents are treated, but the way I'm being treated is like they don't want to help me. The smell of dead animals reaches my house, which is 15 meters away. This is going to continue, and I'm not going to remove those dead cats. I'll still have to wait two more days, until Monday, to be seen. The problem is I have small children, and those dogs will come back, and what if they attack my children, or me, or my dogs? I'm not posting photos or videos because they're very unpleasant; that smell permeates the residence and the town.

Ugh, what a disgusting smell! Nobody takes responsibility; everyone's passing the buck, blaming the town hall or the landowner. They deny feeding the cats (there must be some phantoms who do), obviously. Getting back to the point, it smells awful, you can smell it from a distance. Because they haven't done anything about it, the elderly and the animals are paying the price. In my humble opinion, I wouldn't take my parents to places like this in the future, with this smell and the danger of seeing two huge dogs killing cats and the risk of them attacking an elderly resident or someone or children in the village. It smells incredibly strong of decomposition, and I'll have to put up with it forever because nobody's going to do anything about it.

Super-friendly treatment. Leaving our seniors there with complete peace of mind is priceless. Our seniors feel almost at home. A humble residence, but with a human quality in its professionals, which gives a very good impression. The residents seem well cared for and happy.

I can only express my gratitude for the excellent treatment, superior care, and best of all, how comfortable the residents are there. I speak because I have had my father and sister there, and I can only say that I recommend it a thousand times over.
