They should conduct an inspection. Most of the staff are foreigners, and almost none of them have a nursing assistant or geriatric care qualification. They have someone in nursing who has no idea what she's doing, not even a nursing degree—it's a disgrace. And that's not even mentioning the way they treat the elderly; they have no vocation. They should have people with nursing qualifications, or at least qualified assistants.

Royal Augusta Senior Living Complex located in the Casablanca area. It features a cafeteria, communal dining room, garden, single and double rooms, reception, and more. Excellent service.

A very good residence, with its garden and spacious areas, good food and some efficient and friendly staff, I give 1 star for the health area (nursing) a young woman, does not have the necessary skills to carry out a position which requires experience, or at least good treatment, it gives a very bad image to have someone young without knowledge and the worst thing is terrible treatment of the elderly, I have seen how she spoke to an elderly person, just to ask something, being there to enter the management I have been seeing another relative of a resident and let's go that she has thought the same as me. I have taken my uncle to another residence.

My mother has been in this residence for a couple of years now, and I can say that she's been doing wonderfully. She was admitted because she had a hip fracture and needed rehabilitation, but the truth is that it's not just the physiotherapy that has been beneficial, but everything they provide. The well-structured daily routine has helped her a lot to adapt and stay entertained. Furthermore, from the beginning, the staff has always been concerned that she feel comfortable here. She always tells me that the food is very good and varied, and it's always served at the correct times, as is her medication. She's delighted with the medical service because it makes her feel safe and secure about any discomfort she might experience. Socially, the therapist has helped her integrate very well; she even has a group of friends with whom she has afternoon tea every day. We came here temporarily, but in the end, my mother has been so well cared for that she decided to stay.

Good morning, My mother's experience at the care home has been positive. The treatment she received from the staff (those in charge of dependent care, nurses, assistants, cleaning staff, etc.) was very warm and attentive. My mother was cared for and looked after throughout her illness (dementia) and subsequent passing. I have no complaints about the cleanliness of the care home. The kindness and affection we received, the support during her decline, and the support for the family were outstanding, which is why I'm giving it a 4. My only reservation is regarding the medical care in her final weeks, which could have been more supportive. This isn't a reason to give the care home a bad rating, because everyone does what they know how to do, and both my mother and I had the human and emotional support of other professionals at the care home until the very end, so THANK YOU for your dedication and care.
