This review is to express my gratitude for the care my father received during the year he was at the nursing home until his recent death, both from the staff and management. The staff provides care to the residents that I found to be unsurpassed. Likewise, the management's response to any problems that arise (travel to the hospital, doctor, questions, etc.) is immediate and perfect, and I consider the facilities to be adequate. I believe I have been fortunate to have had you caring for my father during the last year of his life.

I wholeheartedly recommend your residence. The facilities and services are excellent, and the impeccable cleanliness of every room is truly remarkable. All the staff, as well as the management, are highly professional and incredibly empathetic, demonstrating remarkable compassion towards both residents and their families. Our mother, Carmen Guerrero, found her second home there (as she herself said, it was her home) for the last five years of her life and was very happy there. She passed away surrounded by the warmth and affection of the entire team. The care and attention our mother received have been invaluable to her children. Thank you so much for everything. Excellent residence. From the director to the newest employee, they are all true professionals, empathetic and compassionate. My mother, Rosa Lázaro, passed away peacefully and received the best possible care. The facilities are very good. Spotless throughout. My aunt has been here for three months while she recovered, and I can only say on behalf of her and myself that the entire staff, from Pascual the manager to the entire hairdressing, catering, caregivers, rehabilitation, and more, has been wonderful. The food is abundant, high-quality, varied, and healthy. The care we received has been immense. THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO THE ENTIRE TEAM for taking such good care of her.
