My uncles reside at this facility, and we are very satisfied with the care they receive. The staff consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism, kindness, and dedication. They care about the physical and emotional well-being of the residents, offering respectful and humane treatment. Furthermore, the facilities are always kept in excellent condition, clean, and welcoming. Every time we visit, we are greeted with warmth and consideration, reflecting the positive atmosphere at the residence. Without a doubt, this is a highly recommended place for those seeking quality and warmth in the care of their family members.

A residence with a family atmosphere, dedicated staff who treat residents with care, excellent attention, and a variety of activities including concerts, dances, bingo, and painting. The grounds are spacious with trees, a walking area, chairs, and benches, and the rooms are very welcoming. The director is very approachable and understanding of my personal situation; I am so grateful for how she handled it. The social worker and therapists are amazing. The food is homemade, with a varied and soft diet suitable for everyone. The facilities are rustic but cozy. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this residence. From the moment you enter, the smell is very strong and persistent, which immediately gives a bad impression of the overall hygiene. Although the staff is friendly, the care the elderly receive is very poor. Some residents can go one or two weeks without showering. Breakfast and afternoon tea consist of processed pastries and coffee; there is no variety in the lunch and dinner menus (dinner is always soup as a first course). This is not a suitable diet for the elderly. In the summer, the situation becomes even worse. Residents are not allowed to have fans in their rooms, and the facility doesn't provide any either. There is no air conditioning or ventilation, and the rooms become stifling. Movement is also discouraged: many residents spend all day sitting or in bed, which exacerbates their loss of mobility. It's a shame that, with willing staff, the lack of resources and organization so drastically affects the quality of life of the elderly. I do not recommend it.

Very bad. The elderly residents are filthy, their diapers are only changed two or three times a day, and they aren't checked on throughout the day. Often during visits, their diapers are overflowing, their pants are wet, and they smell terrible, the same with their feces. As a result, they develop bedsores, and they refuse to apply ointment, demanding that you bring their preferred spray ointment so they don't have to touch them. Once, they put a bedpan in backward, and my relative was screaming in pain because the part that should have been between his legs was digging into his back. We had to find a care manual and show it to these "assistants" because, according to them, they had put it in correctly. During the day, they let them roam freely around the residence or abandon them in a room. Our visits were frequent. Days before he died, we found him in a corner against a wall, begging for help. The hospital couldn't do anything; he arrived with severe sepsis.
