A very clean and immaculate residence where the treatment we received from the staff and management has been outstanding. It's a place where they don't create any problems with visits, which fosters a very welcoming, family-like atmosphere for the elderly. Our loved one has been here for five years, and we couldn't be more at ease knowing that our family member is cared for 24/7 with great affection, because that's what they've shown us throughout this time. They are people who are always giving 100%.

Senior living residence. Spotless and clean. Excellent treatment from the staff to both residents and their families. Several common rooms, good food. Outside with bars and terraces, and easily accessible thanks to the nearby tram and a nice area for walking. Highly recommended. My grandfather was entertained during his stay with all kinds of performances, such as Christmas carols and dancing. He was very happy overall. 100% recommended.

I'm reading the latest comments and I'm truly happy for all those residents who were so well cared for. I wasn't so lucky with my mother; if the doctor had done his job, we wouldn't have had to call an emergency doctor. My mother was immediately taken to the hospital in a deplorable state of health, where we were told it was too late due to her condition. According to the geriatrician at the residence, Antonio Saura, my mother suffered from a type of dementia we couldn't understand, and he didn't examine her once during the 24 days she was there—I can attest to that because we spent every single day with her.

My mother-in-law lives in that care home. The staff is very kind and welcoming, and we're very happy with all the employees. Whenever there's a birthday or a holiday, like Christmas, the Pilar Festival, Easter, etc., they always find a way to celebrate. And what can I say about the wonderful and beloved doctor at the care home? He's a beautiful person, like everyone who works there. Highly recommended for the love and care they show our elderly residents. 🥰

It's clear that everyone's opinion depends on their own experience. In my case, I can only speak highly of the care home and its staff. They first cared for my father, and after ten years there, following his passing, they are now doing the same for my mother. These have been very difficult times due to the coronavirus pandemic, but we have always felt supported and reassured by our elderly residents in every way.
