La Residencia Ozanam Santa Isabel recibe en su mayoría valoraciones muy positivas, con usuarios elogiando la calidad del cuidado, la profesionalidad del personal y el ambiente acogedor de las instalaciones. Sin embargo, existe al menos una reseña alarmante que reporta negligencia nocturna y falta de respuesta del personal ante situaciones de emergencia, lo que contrasta significativamente con las experiencias mayoritariamente satisfactorias de otros residentes y sus familias.

Screams and cries throughout the night without any assistance from the staff until the neighbors called them to get help for the elderly residents, and the police have also responded numerous times. Take care of your elderly!

A wonderful environment for our grandparents, and above all, a wonderful staff caring for them. A few days ago, I went to visit my grandmother, and a young man named Nicolas Sanchez was caring for her. He was very kind and attended to all of my grandmother's and her roommates' needs.
