La Residencia Nuestra Señora del Carmen recibe críticas extremadamente negativas de los usuarios, quienes denuncian una atención deficiente caracterizada por falta de personal, negligencia en el cuidado de residentes y consecuencias graves para la salud, incluyendo úlceras por presión severas y desnutrición. Los visitantes expresan profunda decepción por la calidad de vida ofrecida y consideran que las condiciones no son dignas para los últimos días de los residentes.

A HORROR. I left my father walking on his own and showing early signs of dementia, and a month later they sent him to the hospital with a sacral ulcer over 10 cm long from not being moved. He spent a month hospitalized because of this, plus two ulcers on his heels, dehydrated and malnourished. He was hospitalized for another month until they were able to clear the infection from his sacrum, and even then, they can't guarantee it will heal. During our visits, we never saw a manager; there were very few staff members, and they were overwhelmed with work. I am very disappointed with this nursing home.

I've been visiting someone, and I don't think anyone deserves to spend their last days there.
