Opiniones

My grandfather has been well cared for and looked after at all times, and always with a warm and friendly approach. They have their own kitchen, so the food is freshly prepared and tailored to his needs. We are 100% delighted with them.

This residence is very old and poorly maintained, with no upkeep whatsoever. The elevator has been out of service for over two months, supposedly due to an inspection. Staff use it, but residents aren't allowed to. Lately, the smell inside has been quite unpleasant; they should ventilate more often and provide showers more frequently. Residents went two weeks without showers due to a water main break. The staff is quite friendly, which is the only positive aspect, along with the garden.

I wouldn't trust any other place. The peace of mind of knowing it's well cared for, clean, and surrounded by an incredible, kind, and professional staff. Cleanliness on another level, great facilities, excellent therapies… Words can't do it justice. Ana, thank you for making this incredibly difficult decision so much easier, and thank you for showing us your affection in such a special way. Thank you also to María for her kindness, her smile, and her wonderful work…

The only good thing about this residence is the large garden and patio. But the building is in terrible condition. The whole residence smells bad, but the smell on the first floor is unbearable.

It was a terrible experience. I took my aunt there, and in four months, she deteriorated significantly, both physically (she lost a lot of weight, refused to eat, and we had to bring her food) and mentally. I have reports of how she was when she arrived; she was independent enough to walk, eat, use the bathroom, converse, and was cheerful. I started noticing bruises on her thighs and arms, which they knew nothing about, and a few days later, one night at 6:00 a.m., she broke her hip. The neighbor in her room told me he heard her fall out of bed and had to call the caregivers, who stayed overnight on the ground floor. No one had bed rails. She almost died from that fall. But after moving her to a different facility, she was back to her old self, eating well and cheerful again, but she could never walk again. They kept €1,700 as a deposit, and despite her being discharged immediately and being hospitalized, they charged her the full €800 for the month following the fall. We forgot to return the receipt during those days, and despite our complaints, THEY STILL HAVEN'T RETURNED IT. Bad food, dampness, leaks, windows that don't fit properly... but the WORST part was the poor treatment she received from the staff. My aunt didn't deserve that; I shouldn't have taken her there or kicked her out at the first sign of trouble.
