We are very happy to have our mother in this residence. The assistants are all very kind and respectful, they are all delightful. The director of the residence is very friendly and caring.

I don't know the residence, but I run into some of its workers on the bus and I don't think it's healthy that they wear their uniforms, including clogs, on their way to and from work, neither for them nor for the residents.

One star because you can't give a lower opinion. Lack of responsibility, disregard for family recommendations and medical reports, no medication monitoring, and terrible management.
