La Residencia Marboré Majas de Goya recibe principalmente evaluaciones muy positivas de familias que destacan la excelente calidad de atención personalizada, la dedicación del personal (especialmente coordinadores como Susana, María Jesús y Celia) y la calidad de los servicios de cocina, con muchos usuarios describiendo el trato como "casi familial". Sin embargo, existe un reporte preocupante sobre falta de atención en la recepción, negligencia en protocolos de seguridad con residentes (como el uso de cinturones de contención) y comportamiento inadecuado del personal,

I wanted to thank all the staff at Marbore Parque Goya for the excellent care my mother Micaela received during her stay there...from Celia and María Jesús for their wonderful treatment, to all the assistants for their kindness, to Walter for his excellent food, thank you for everything and for your kindness

My experience was like something out of a hidden camera prank. I walked in and nobody greeted me. I was looking for my relative. After a while, a worker approached and asked me who I was looking for, just like that. I gave her the name, and she reluctantly pointed me in the right direction. She seemed to be the manager, despite her uniform. Since my relative was in therapy, I waited on a stool with a table. To my surprise, this worker took another one, and they sat down next to me eating muffins, as if they were at home, while an elderly woman kept shouting. When I finally saw my relative, who is in a wheelchair, I found her trying to pick up a piece of paper from the floor, and she wasn't wearing her restraint belt, which she's instructed to wear at all times. In short, disappointing, nothing like Marbore Miralbueno, where they are lovely.

First of all, I would like to thank Susana (coordinator of the Marboré Residences) for everything she helped us from the first moment so that my father could be cared for in one of her residences when, the first month, we were pending the benefit for severe disability, giving us all the facilities that were in her power. My father has spent nearly 3 years in residences of this group (first it was Actur and, later, because there were younger residents, Majas de Goya) and he has always been treated with the greatest of affection and with a lot (a lot) of patience since his character is not simple. I would like to extend my gratitude to the entire Majas de Goya team but I can't help but remember both Mª Jesús and Celia (center coordinators) and Andrea (occupational therapist) who have gone out of their way to ensure that my father did not give up, proposing activities and fighting daily for him to eat since he refused to do so (he has dysphagia and did not like to eat crushed foods). I could say that I have felt that the treatment has been almost personalized, they have kept me aware of everything at all times and have made me feel calm, I would say that this is the strongest point of this residence... It is not a residence but a family. A huge hug to everyone🫂
