Communication between the owners and the patients' families is completely non-existent. My mother unfortunately ended up in that residence against her will and mine. Excellent care and cleanliness for elderly and disabled residents. The staff are very caring, and there's no parking problem. Those without a car can easily visit their loved ones using the car shuttle. It stops on Paseo de Pamplona and Avenida de Navarra, next to Delicias Station, where the old fish market used to be.
