Well-located residence where they treat you wonderfully. They have homemade food prepared daily with love and care, especially great treatment from Chus Miriam and the Managers Jose Luis and Mati. With them I feel confident in the care of my grandmother. For a long time, thank you very much for that attention. It is difficult to find a residence of that level today.

If you love your family member, don't leave them at this place. We had ours there and had to report them for their poor practices. They don't deserve to be open with everything they do. Lack of cleanliness and care for the elderly, who end up with "accidental" falls, bedsores, and malnutrition. There are other places like Rey Ardid where they truly care for them. MY REPLY: I know perfectly well which residence I'm reviewing because my family member was there and almost died. Numerous hospitalizations due to the conditions you kept him there. The complaint you have is for several cases, not just ours. So don't try to hide the truth, because like my review... you already have several. Or are we all mistaken about who leaves the same negative review?

A care home I DO NOT RECOMMEND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES if you value your family. The owners, who, by the way, have the nerve to give themselves five-star reviews, are rude and dishonest. They don't know how to treat elderly residents or family members. My father wasn't cared for properly; he fell several times in nine months, the hygiene was appalling, they did nothing but complain about everything, and my father left there almost dead, dehydrated, malnourished, suffering from fecal contamination, and infected. Thank God he won't be going back there, and neither will I, but I wish we had never left him there.

Delighted with the care home we chose for my grandmother. It's a family atmosphere, all the staff are very caring and attentive to the residents, and the food is homemade. Plus, they cut their hair and give them manicures and pedicures, all within the price—what more could we ask for? Thank you so much! My grandmother is very happy.
