I'm delighted with how my mother is doing, but more importantly, and something I never would have imagined, is that she is too. The residents' cleanliness is excellent, as is the cleanliness of the facilities. They participate in activities that help with their physical and mental development, stimulating teamwork and fostering a sense of community and good humor. From time to time, we family members receive videos of their activities, and honestly, I get emotional. It's a family-oriented residence, which facilitates personalized attention. Both the caregivers and the management are highly professional and have wonderful people skills. (Thank you, Jon, for everything). There's also a garden where they can walk, sunbathe, etc. The food is homemade, plentiful, and very varied (something you don't find in other residences). I had to address the issue of dependency, and in this regard, the management was very quick and efficient. MY GRATITUDE TO THIS MAGNIFICENT TEAM!! It's been almost a year and a half now. This Christmas, I reaffirm my opinion of the residence. What a Christmas Eve they prepared for them... special food, super cool decorations. The managers (changing their schedules since they didn't have to be there) prepared something amazing. Even fireworks!!!! My mother was telling me about it, so happy. THANK YOU, really!!!!!

What an extraordinary surprise! Everything was positive: the indoor facilities were very clean and tidy; the outdoor areas were spacious, cheerful, and well-maintained. The staff were qualified, attentive, and caring; medical attention was available at all times, and the work was meticulous, with therapies and a multitude of activities. The residents were delighted with the food: homemade, plentiful, and prepared on-site with great love. The peace of mind that comes from knowing your mother is happy and receiving the care she deserves is truly remarkable. You are all brilliant. Many thanks to everyone, especially Jon. (I also felt right at home.)

We've known and been residents of this care home for almost a year now, and we can only describe it as EXCEPTIONAL, both in terms of care and the personal attention given by every single staff member. They are always willing to facilitate interaction between residents and their families. Our grandmother speaks very fondly of the staff at her "new" home. She is well cared for, very well looked after, she is happy, and so are we. She is 91 years old and has many limitations, and the staff goes out of their way to help her. We couldn't have chosen better! One hundred percent recommended.

My mother has been here for four years and has felt right at home. The caregivers were very friendly and caring, and they treated her very well. In the last few months, she needed more attention, and she received it. The doctor was always attentive to her. I am very happy with everyone. Thank you for taking such good care of her. Delia

Hello, I've seen many nursing homes, and this is the only thing I can and must say: my mother was there until her time came, and like them, many grandparents and grandmothers, and they were very well. There are always flaws, but we have to try to fix them and not criticize so much. If not, I'll put it this way. Anyone who wants a nursing home or residence for seniors or the elderly can find them, but of course, they are much more expensive. In short, there is good service, good food, and the treatment is with love, and the Lord sees that. We have survived the Covid pandemic much better than many. I thank God for allowing me to have my mother here in this nursing home, thanks to all the workers. Blessings to all.
