La Residencia Hispanidad destaca por su ambiente familiar acogedor, limpieza, personal amable y comida casera que ha generado gran satisfacción en la mayoría de residentes y familias, con muchos reportes de mejora en el bienestar de los mayores. Sin embargo, existe una reseña grave que denuncia maltrato físico y falta de respeto por parte del personal, lo que contrasta significativamente con las experiencias positivas y requiere consideración en la evaluación global de la residencia.

A nursing home with an incredible family atmosphere, not only for the residents but also for their families. With great freedom for visits: you can come and go with complete confidence throughout the spaces. It's very clean, and the food is homemade. For my mother, it was the best choice we could have made. Well cared for, and with advice for family members to resolve any problems or concerns. I highly recommend it.

My father showed clear signs of physical abuse! They claimed he was lying when he accused them of hitting him and throwing him off a stretcher. My father is an elderly man, but he's in his right mind, and his values are far superior to what the staff demonstrates. The nurses are rude and yell at you. I filed a complaint, but the judge dismissed it. I hope I end up in a place like that when I'm older. DON'T TAKE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS THERE! I took my father to another facility, and the difference is remarkable!

A place we never imagined we'd find. My mom is incredibly happy and has recovered a lot that we couldn't get back at home. The residence has 22 beds, a very family-friendly atmosphere, very clean, very friendly staff, and homemade food.
